A Zest
So you’re ready to sell but you need a little help to get those finishing touches that put you under contract right away. We’re looking at just some zest to top it all off. This is for our DIYers who want to take on some responsibility of the staging process.
Following a consult, I provide a written report (included when a Zest is purchased) that outlines our action plan.
The homeowner tackles as much as they can prior to staging day, and then I will come in and take care of the finishing touches
I will bring in accessories or suggest accessories for the homeowner to purchase.
A zest gets you ready to go to market and get your best ROI.
A Twist
Maybe you’re a more motivated seller and a zest isn’t going to cut it for you. You might be more of a DNYer…do nothing yourself-er. Not a problem, let’s talk about a twist, or in other words, a partial stage. I will come in for a 4.5 - 5 hr stage and tackle the main areas of the home that are the biggest selling points. If there is time left over, I can get into whatever else we feel needs attention. We might even need to look at bringing in some of our larger pieces to really polish everything up with someone focal points as well as accessories.
