How does it work?
I promise you, it is simple. This is a kit purchased to make all your design dreams come true with just a few clicks of your mouse. After an evaluation of the room(s) that are to be designed, I will shop and layout everything in an e-design floor plan including links to purchase. We can work together to stay in whatever budget you have set aside for your styling project - I am all about boujee on a budget. Once everything arrives and the homeowner installs according to the layout & floorpan, I will come do a final walk through to make sure it has that lemony fresh touch. $500/room (half baths are $300)
The layout
Here is what the e-design consists of. Everything I’ve shopped goes into a digital e-design of the space. This helps to show the homeowner the proper placement, layering and spacing of every detail. Each item is numbered to correspond to the links provided. The homeowner then goes ahead and purchases everything they want and follow the layout according to the style guide.
The floorplan
Maybe you’re a more motivated seller and a zest isn’t going to cut it for you. You might be more of a DNYer…do nothing yourself-er. Not a problem, let’s talk about a twist, or in other words, a partial stage. I will come in for a 4.5 - 5 hr stage and tackle the main areas of the home that are the biggest selling points. If there is time left over, I can get into whatever else we feel needs attention. We might even need to look at bringing in some of our larger pieces to really polish everything up with someone focal points as well as accessories.
