I start every vacation rental off with
a Lemony Fresh-en Up Package. The fun thing about vacation rentals is we embrace the quirks! This is the time to throw out the pretty neutrals and own the funky themes. Every room is designed digitally, the host is given everything for install, and I will do a final walk through.
How it finishes
Well, that’s up to you.
Sometimes hosts don’t want to install and trust me to do the entire project, front to back. Installs are billed hourly + driving and moving expenses.
